Services:

Client Assesment & Monitoring

Our experienced teams of Dietitians use the most up to date clinical standards to assess all newly admitted residents. Nutritionally at risk residents are then monitored and reassessed as their condition dictates.

Menus, Recipes & Diet Manuals

Our company consults with many menu-planning systems, which provides a wide variety of menu options that can be tailored to meet the individual needs of each facility.

Monthly Kitchen QA

Our team performs monthly comprehensive QA monitoring of all aspects of the dietary department. Four in depth QA reports are completed which cover title 22, sanitation and food safety, disaster supply, trayline and meal service. Recommended plans of actions are then developed and % compliance tracked throughout the year to quantify progress and improvement.

Weight Reports & The Weight Variance Committee

Our team of Dietitians reviews all significant weight changes on a monthly and weekly basis. We attend weekly and monthly weight variance IDT meetings as requested. We provide a monthly report showing the total number of significant weight gains and losses and what percent of the total resident population have had significant weight changes. These reports are a useful reporting tool for quarterly QA meetings.

In-Service Training

Our company provides each facility with a yearly in service training calendar and monthly in services including post tests.  Approximately one in-service each quarter is provided by the consulting Dietitian. The Dietitian, as needed by the individual facility can provide any number of in-service training. In-service training can also be provided to nursing staff as requested.

Vacation & Maternity Coverage

Not only do we have a large client base that we service monthly, we also work with several large companies to provide vacation, maternity leave and sick leave coverage. Our Dietitians are able to step into any building and quickly adapt to the systems and needs of each facility.
